We have had the opportunity to live in several different locations around the country over the past several years. Zach was in the Navy serving on the USS Maine, a ballistic missile submarine which took us to Connecticut for a short time, then to Washington state, just west of Seattle. This is where our oldest daughter, Rosalyn, was born. While living in Washington we loved exploring, hiking, and enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
After getting out of the military we decided to move to Fort Collins, CO and lived there for about 18 months. What do the Pacific Northwest and Fort Collins have in common? Craft beer…and lots of it. The amount of microbreweries we were able to experience during our years away from Kansas is pretty incredible.
Now, all those microbreweries are great, but when Keri became pregnant with Calvin, our 2 year old son, we knew it was time to move closer to family. Moving to Central Kansas has been the best decision we could have made! We have lived in Marion for about 2 1/2 years now and are expecting our third child in late August.
We have both always wanted to own a business and when Zach stumbled across Tap Truck USA we knew we had found our match! Vintage cars AND craft beer all in a mobile bar setup?? What a pairing! So we reached out to Corbin and the guys and the rest is history!
